aaaaa Posted September 16, 2023 #1 Share Posted September 16, 2023 (edited) Good day -- is it possible to check cabin availability on-line, or must Windstar or a TA be contacted? Edited September 16, 2023 by aaaaa
Ski Mom 2 Posted September 16, 2023 #2 Share Posted September 16, 2023 When you look at the prices for cabins on line, if there’s a price next to it you know there are some available in that category. Sadly the only way to know which cabins are actually available is to call Windstar or have your favorite TA call for you. I have had good luck calling and just chatting with a WS rep and having them tell me what’s available for the type of cabin I’m looking for but it would be nice if you could see for yourself the availability.
Rare Host Jazzbeau Posted September 16, 2023 #3 Share Posted September 16, 2023 I agree with @Ski Mom 2 about the helpfulness of Windstar reps. We have a cruise booked for January 2025 that recently had a very nice sale. I could have rebooked for a major saving, but I was interested in upgrading to a balcony if I could get one in a good location. I called the Windstar number and asked about cabin availability, and even though I am booked with a TA they were happy to give me all the information I needed.
