reservation not showing

I logged in to check my reservation and it's telling me no upcoming cruises. Tomorrow is my check in date. I tried logging out and signing in again and still showing the same, no upcoming cruises  When I try to add it with my reservation number nothing happens. HELP!

Must be an IT thing.  Mine is not showing either.  Earlier this morning it was there.  Maybe try the App...

Mine isn't showing either and can't add it.  Looks like the website is having issues.  My cruise is showing in the app.

Same here. Definitely an IT issue. Shocking given how reliable the RC IT department is.

Mine weren't showing for the last couple hours but they are back up now...  Probably just some IT maintenance.

If mine were missing on check-in date, I would try calling them. However, the agents might not be able to access them either but I bet their phones would be ringing a lot!
