Call from Princess post cruise

Has anyone received a phone call from a man at Princess Cruises post cruise asking about my cruise experience? I told him I had already submitted the lengthy the post cruise survey. He pressed about any additional information. It was not my CVP. Never has happened before. Seemed odd…

I would not respond. Even if it is from Princess it just does not sound ligit to me.

It is the Princess group trying to sell the hotel, FCC packages.   We have received calls after returning from our last two cruises.

It's protocol for you to receive this call post-cruise as part of the "Welcome Home Program."  It's Go Princess trying to sell you one of their packages disguised as a post-cruise wellness call.  I've received one every one every cruise I've taken since March of this year.  Link is bleow:
