Premier Cruise event schedule

Hi,  We will be on our first Premier Cruise on Panorama on Nov. 11.  What kind of events can we expect on a premier cruise?  Is there a meet and greet on Day 1?  If yes, what time is the meet and greet?  TIA!

What is a Premier Cruise ?

I don’t remember the meet and greet for premier. It’s mainly just drawings and things in the casino. You’ll have a schedule in your room when you board that lays out the times for the drawings.

Just be prepared for a very, very crowed casino.  It will be difficult getting a machine or a seat at any popular table games.

The welcome cocktail party went away with the restart from COVID, and the number and generosity of the promotions also decreased.

 

Between the packed casino, difficulty getting Drinks On Us due to understaffing, and cuts in the Premier benefits, it's  no longer worth paying for a Premier cruise when I can get a free room and DOU on a regular sailing.

Unless it's been eliminated again it was reinstated sometime around September 2022. They had it on my premiere and made a big deal about its return.

 

I have not done any premieres since then because of the crowding and less drawings and better deals on regular sailings but at one point the party did see a comeback.
