Free cruise: 7day Ascent (new ship) or 6 day Reflection (has a port I've never been to)?

If you travel past the beach club, there is a pubic beach with facilities.  The water and sand were delightful......and no crowds

Have you been there lately? The shuttle driver told us that beach is no longer public and told us not to go there.

That's not true.  I'm sailing on the Ascent in two months on a comped casino cruise.

Agree.I'm boarding the Ascent on Sunday 1/7 on a B2B casino comped cruise. Frist cabin is Aquaclass with all included including gratuities and second cruise is Concierge Class cabin.

And I will be on the Ascent end of January, comped Concierge cabin

As a side note, I have been getting no less than 2 offers per week, via the mail.

Lot's of options for new and older ships
