"This reservation number is locked. Try again later"

Tried to pull up and "Manage My Reservation" for our upcoming Nov 28-Dec 9 cruise on Infinity and got the message I entered as the topic or subject of this thread.  Any inkling as to what it means?

Nothing new, issues with Celebrity site again.  I had troubles thru out day.  But could not even get on now.   Different computers, devices same.

Log out and wait something like 20-30 minutes before trying again. A rep told me the exact time once but I forgot. Have a nice cup of tea it will unlock on its own after some time.

Has happened to me before when I try to access my reservation too many times within a short period of time.  It usually resets itself in 30 minutes or so.

This is what I've experienced many times. Before I realized how "sensitive" the Celebrity site is, my wife and I kept locking each other out once as we tried to review/confirm a bunch of excursions from different devices. 😆 (I've also done this on my own, to be honest, when I bounce back 'n forth.)

 

It can be frustrating, and I assume there's a reason for it (such as server data syncing), but time resets the lock out.

Thank goodness! I though it was the spell my wife cast on me last night.

I’ve had problems all day, even on the app if I try to make a reservation for a tour “reserve now” is in grey.
