We are on a 14D (2 7D B2B). Do we Muster on the second embarkation day?

Once you've checked in at your muster station and watched video you're done. As for "Antsp," guess you'd rather be shown how to put on a life jacket? Still available for you if you'd like. Hope you meant something else. Much better these days, no people passing out from the heat and standing till all showed up.

No, only every 30 days you must repeat muster.

No muster video required, however, if you change rooms, you may need to check in at your muster station again if it’s not the same one as your original one.  It only takes a minute.

After 40+ cruises, I've figured it out, not so good for first time cruises
