How to place a hold on a cruise

I can place a hold on the American site, but when trying to do so on the Canadian site the option isn't available.  Does anyone know how to do this on the Celebrity website?

Edit:  I put the hold on the American site...only way I found to do so.

I wonder if that is to guard against a potential change in the exchange rate.

Thanks.......I forgot this was an 'all cruise line' site and I wasn't on Celebrity's.  Will do...although I think using the US site worked...we'll see when my agent phones and confirms the booking.
