Call for upgrade message?

Doing some mock bookings for price changes and this pops up. Never seen it before, does it mean anything? Possibly an upgrade at a lower price? Any experience with it is appreciated

Maybe they are trying to mitigate the high pricing? Or it is a casino offer, and you folks get better deals than us that don't gamble enough? ☺️

We’ve gambled maybe $10 in 4 cruises. But you all are correct. We booked and called the # and it is a casino number, but after hours. Completely confused, but hopefully we can get an upgrade from an ocean view to a balcony! Thanks!

It's a casino offer. Some offers can be used directly on the Royal Caribbean site. It's just telling you that if you want to upgrade you can call and they'll quote you the casino upgrade price.

Repriced my cruise today and had the same notice pop up. We’ve been on 4 RCCL cruises and have never been in the casinos so not sure.

When you see the search results, do you see anything when you click on My Offers? We saw the notice because we had a casino offer that we applied.

The phone number in  @Cloverpk Jackpot! screenshot is for Casino reservations. Your offer doesn't look like a casino offer. Sorry, I don't have an explanation.
