Motion night lights are they on the Enchanted Princess

Back from the Caribbean Princess and they have installed motion lights when getting out of bed or going into the closet area.Are they also on the Enchanted Princess? Personally found it very annoying. Not everyone wants to wake up when you  flip your leg over the side of the bed! Or between two seniors at night it  becomes a light show!!

They are on the sky as well. Yes very disturbing.
You can ask for the motion detector to be covered up hence not coming up.

While on the Enchanted Sept 2 cruise, there was only the light in the closet area.  We had read about it and brought some blue painters tape to cover it up.  Apparently at that point they had not installed the other motion lights people talk about.

We just carry masking/painters tape and put over the sensors.  Works and doesn’t leave residue. Many ships have it now, after dry dock.  🥴

Yes, I carry blue painters tape in my "tool kit".

 

If you decide to carry tape...DON'T use duct tape for this purpose!  It leaves a terrible messy goo when it is removed.

We always use black electrical tape.  Very easy to pack and remove from the sensors.
