My time dining question

We were on the Oasis last March and going again this Feb.  We had my time dining but without a reservation (in other words just show up).   If I remember correctly there was two lines one for non reservations and one for reservations?  The non was quite large some nights 30 mins or so the one for reservations had a line as well but seeming to move pretty quickly. My question is if I am remembering this correctly.  If you have a  7:00 reservation will you get seated at that time?

Or soon as a table in the reserved section is available after 7 PM.They do seat reservations before walk ins

I showed up at 6 pm and they seated the two of us right away but on a different floor .

No lines at that time. We had 645 time and wanted a two top. 

They have no shows for early fixed dining.

This was on Harmony . We got different floors and different waiters every time.

We had MT on the Voyager back in May.  Had the same table at the same time every night.  Looking forward to a repeat in January.
