Anyone call royal today & get through?

What are wait times like today with the Black Friday sale starting? Our non alcohol drink packages went down. I want to get the prices adjusted.  Just curious when I should start my eternal hold call and how bad it'll be🤷‍♀️

They wont adjust the price.  You have to cancel and then rebook.

Yup that's what I did. After 40 min on hold she said her system wouldn't load and she couldn't see prices🤷‍♀️🤦‍♀️

Might be silly but $58 is still money saved. It's enough for a lunch.

I had to call to rebook a DBP/RP combo because you can't do that through the planner.

 

They estimated a 94 minute wait but it was closer to 60. And the agent was able to cancel & rebook my DBP, but couldn't rebook the refreshment package (couldn't see it in their system) so I had to do that part myself. 

Overall saved $230 so not complaining.

I need to call and book the same combo. Not looking forward to it. Some reps are good about it but sometimes I have to argue with them and I really hate that. I always wait until I think I'm at the lowest price point so I don't have to keep calling to cancel and rebook.
