Nextcruise booking shows full deposit due?

It's been a while since I've had a Nextcruise booking and Royal IT is wonky at best....my friend did an onboard booking Wednesday 11/8 for balcony cabins sailing in 2025 for ten nights.  The booking is in my cruise planner and showing the $200 deposit paid (normal next cruise amount) with a $700 balance due by 11/15.  It's also solid blue instead of showing a picture like my other bookings in the planner.  She did go back to the agent while on the ship and he said it was fine, give it time to run through the system.

Has this ever happened to anyone else recently?  In the past, nextcruise bookings have always showed as the deposit fully paid with the reduced amount once visible in my cruise planner.  Figured I would ask here before subjecting myself to calling Royal customer service if there is a chance this might still fix itself.....thanks!

Don’t worry your $200 is fine. No further monies are due until 90 days prior to sail.

That line is standard on all bookings.  Below is a snapshot of my Explorer cruise of January ‘25.

You mean you are having trouble trusting the profound knowledge of an "agent'. The 15th is next week, count on them to be correct...then on the 15th when it doesn't clear, spend your day on the phone with Royal.

Imagine that right?  LOL  I have so little faith this is not an issue but was hoping the agent was right because I really am not excited at the idea of calling to straighten it out.  But I also really do not want to put the extra $700 down for a cruise 2 years away when I shouldn't have to do it so I guess I will be calling......

Is that booking a nextcruise too?  My others do not have that but they were booked through a TA.  With the deposit showing as being short and the booking not looking fully active (blue instead of the picture) it seems a bit off.  Nothing is available in the cruise planner yet either but that could just be since the sailing is so far out.

Pay the remaining balance line is on all bookigns.  You should be safe with the $200 deposit.

Yes, it's standard language on all outstanding sails in your account whether booked via a TA, on board, Royal land agents and even via the Casino desk.

My Explorer sail was booked on board and transferred to my TA for add'l OBCs

Ps.  The line appears even if  cruise has been fully paid.  What appears below that line is: "you don't have a balance due."

As others have said, it is fine.

It is the system showing that less than the deposit has been made and normally this would have the booking in ";offered" status.  Next cruise bookings have that status changed to "Booked" status the same as if it has a full deposit so the booking will not cancel.
