It’s amazing to me how they seemingly can’t realize that if they would just spend a little more money upfront for competent developers they would have the best user experience in cruising as you said and make a ton of money from it. Also always been slightly odd to me how a cruise line known for its older clientele is trying to be at the forefront of cruising technology

It kind of makes sense to me though because on ships that aren’t as far along, you have to basically have a smart phone. Log into your account.

I think Princess has made it easier. You can just touch your medallion on any of the screens around the ship and manage things that way if you don’t have a smart phone or don’t want to carry a phone.
