Navigator app boarding pass error

I printed the boarding pass with bar code so we have that as a backup, but what gives?

I see you leave November 7.  When did it become available with the bar code?  We leave November 16 and am seeing the same error.  Lucky you to catch it while it was working and print it off.  You are good to go!  I wouldn't worry about it further since you have the printed boarding pass.  I hope I will be able to catch it during a working time, lol.

Try logging out and then back in? 
I went on to the website and logged in then tried to access “check in” to see if they assigned my stateroom yet and it won’t let me in.  It will let me check out shore excursions and stuff but not the check in.   It says I’m already checked in on another browser. I logged off navigator to tried again on web site but I keep getting the same message. I don’t sail for a few weeks and I’m not worried.  It was just frustrating.
