Going on Carnival Celebration and i have a question about boarding times. If yuo get a late boarding time and show up early will you be turned away?

Probably at this stage.  They've been trying to enforce arrival times so that the terminal area doesn't turn into a circus.

If you show up "earlier" (not super early) and there is no crowd then they will possibly let you through in the "wrong time" queue.

To add to everyone elses reply, you choose an arrival time for the port, not a boarding time.Nobody picks their boarding time. Your chosen arrival time is the time you need to plan to arrive at the terminal to begin the check-in process and boarding will begin shortly afterward.

We are currently on celebration - 2 in our party were right on time, 2 were about an hour early, all of us were let in at the same time but I think it's because we are all platinum.  They had a separate line for diamon/platinum/suites. But even so, the early/late arrival line was super short.
