website for government port schedule to find docking time please

Does anyone know where we can find the official government port schedule?  All Cunard says is that we are arriving in the morning, and I am trying to get a time so we can figure out when to meet a private excursion.

Tour providers are well aware of port hours 

If your cruise line is keeping it secret from you for whatever reason, it's an educated guess based on prior visits..  3rd party sites aren't going to have some secret source - if the cruise line isn't detailing or, it's only guessed on anyone else's part.

 

You'll be tendering in, BTW - harbor is not deep enough for QM2or QV.
