What to do in Bimini

Taking a short cruise to Nassau and Bimini in January just to get away for a couple of days. Been to Nassau many times, have never been to Bimini.

What is there to do in Bimini? Can you do things without a shore excursion? Thanks for any info that you can provide.

Go to the beach.  Visit the Ports of Call board for Bahamas.  EM

Stay on the ship - we did that twice, and on our third trip there we opted for a resort/lunch excursion of some type. In retrospect, I wish we would have stayed on the ship !! 😉

Snorkeling excursion works well there.  There is an old sunken concrete ship that has a lot of fish around it.
