Amster12345 Posted December 2, 2023 #1 Share Posted December 2, 2023 I'm set up to go on a NCL cruise in Japan leaving March 31st of 2024. This is my first time on Norwegian. On the other lines, Princess, Holland, RCCL you can do your checkins and reservations months in advance of your sailing date. But for this cruise, I can't check in until 21 days before sailing date. Is this standard for NCL? It seems kind of strange to me.

Restaurant reservations 120 days (130 days if you are in a suite; 125 if you are top tier Latitudes or in a club balcony). Popular restaurants on popular days (sea days) at prime times sell out quickly after day 120. Check in 21 days. Also selection of port check in times. Early times sell out quickly on day 21. Shows 21 days (a few days earlier for a suite). All days are 12 midnight eastern time.
Rare Anoynmous Phoenix Posted December 2, 2023 #5 Share Posted December 2, 2023 The actual statement about pre-boarding bookings based on Latitude members levels are as follows 8 Entertainment can be pre-booked 26 days prior to sailing for Platinum and above members. For Platinum, Diamond and Sapphire members, dining can be pre-booked 125 days prior to sailing and for Ambassadors, dining can be pre-booked 130 days prior to sailing. Shore excursions can be pre-booked typically 1 year prior to sailing for Platinum and above members.

DominicAUS Posted December 2, 2023 #7 Share Posted December 2, 2023 This is standard for NCL, midnight eastern time check in will open and you can select your check in times (9/10 times they don’t hold you to it) and then your Edocs will be available to print along with your luggage tags.
