Can We Get Medallions in Accessibility Line?

For our sailing on the Regal Princess on December 10th, we were assigned to the Blue Line at the port because we have to pick up our medallions. But DW is handicapped and will be in a transporter chair so we wonder if they will allow us to go directly to the Accessibility Line (Grey Line) and get our medallions there.

Don't want to have to go through two lines just for the medallions.

We sailed out of Southampton and Athens using the Accessibility Line and it was wonderful.  You are whisked away in a wheelchair through the entire process, including picking up your medallions.
