Rare little britain Posted December 10, 2023 #1 Share Posted December 10, 2023 (edited) I’ve just received cruise tickets and it says on the first page: YOU ARE BOOKED ON A RESTRICTED PRICE PROGRAM. Qualifying identification is required for boarding. Refer to the Travel Documents page for details. No idea what this is! And naturally there is nothing in the Travel Docs page! It is a cruise booked when onboard a cruise. Nothing special about it at all. Any ideas please as it’s a bit worrying! @Ourusualbeach I need your expertise! Usually age, military or state, discount etc which they can ask for qualifying documentation. Did you book through a TA, they should know or should have told you Edited December 10, 2023 by c-leg5

I cannot see any age discount on the booking. Nothing else applies.

I had that happen to me for Adventure in October. It was also a Next Cruise booking and it had the C&A balcony discount and the DP340 single supplement. That was it, so any proof that I rated those had to come from their records not mine. Nobody asked for anything from me. So far it’s the only booking that showed the warning. 1

I’ve got the original offer docs from the ship: c&a $350 balcony discount, an extra $50 c&a discount, and the usual 30% off promo.
