Before you answered my question I went to Carnival’s website to find out for myself and it states up to $20 a drink. I’m hoping it’s correct.

Yes it is $20. That is the nice thing about Cheers! You get top shelf booze compared to the middle of the road. I had a couple $19 shots of tequila to cap out the 15 drinks a couple nights.
