A quick google search provides several brokers that offer this tour. Location appears to be by the Puerta Maya pier.

Does anyone know if it's easy and affordable to get from the cruise terminal to this venue for four adults?  We'd prefer to do this tour on our own instead of through the cruise ship. TIA
