Australia cruises 2026

Does any one have a clue of what royal carribean ships would be in Sydney for the summer of 2026. I have heard that the Voyager OTS will be sailing from Brisbane so I’ve been interested to see what ships Sydney we will get.

Welcome to CC.

The 2026-2027 deployment thread will likely be started in July of this year - that will have all deployment discussion for that time frame.

Some talk may happen in the existing 2025-2026 deployment thread.

Assume a Q class ship in Sydney for the foreseeable future.

Remember Australian summer is Northern winter. When you say summer 2026 do you mean 2025-26 or 2026-27? Anthem rumoured to be coming down under for a maiden Australia season after  cruising in Alaska summer 2025.

Around 3+ years ago RC Australia commented that the desire was to port an Oasis class ship into Australia…probably Brisbane which can handle this size ship. Where has this option gone ? Porting Voyager to Brisbane will join other current ships as the oldest group of ships home sailing as a collective out of Qld. Looks like cruise lines see Qld. as a dumping ground for old ships and the public will suck it up.

They have had trouble filling Quantum of the seas so there’s not much hope of a larger ship.

As said Royal is in the business of making money for shareholders not satisfying passengers.
