TerpsBball Posted January 5 #1 Share Posted January 5 Hi all, We've booked the Oasis for May of 2025 and one of the stops is St. Kitts. We've been there before and have thoroughly enjoyed ziplining. However, I don't see this on our shore excursion page (there are several other excursions already listed). So, my 2 questions are: 1. Anyone been to St. Kitts recently or is due to go shortly and see this as an available Royal excursion? 2. Do you think it's not there because we are still over a year out? Thanks very much, and Happy New Year to all.
Sunshine3601 Posted January 5 #2 Share Posted January 5 Yes, most likely too early for items to show up in cruise planner. If you want to do your own thing, we love this beach club https://www.carambolabeachclub.com/beach There are 2 or 3 beaches in this same area. You can walk out of port area and negotiate a round trip taxi ride with a local instead of asking the tour salesmen at the port.

We'll be on Icon May 2024 and it's showing the zipline for St Kitts...$124.00pp
MD_Dan Posted January 5 #4 Share Posted January 5 I got these from tripadvisor. I suggest you do some homework before booking anything!!! But these will give you an idea of what is available: - https://www.facebook.com/p/Greys-Island-Excursions-Come-Experience-St-Kitts-with-Us-100063478989907/?paipv=0&eav=Afbnnx4YccUXCMSEWJ8dkPbkfuC8HhMAXBzq3cvkrrpAMio0O5jEsjdQLoUyHOLAW9Q&_rdr https://www.tripadvisor.com/Attraction_Review-g147375-d19772488-Reviews-SKN_Jeepers-Basseterre_St_Kitts_St_Kitts_and_Nevis.html http://www.junglebikestours.com/ https://bluewatersafaris.com/ https://www.stkittscaptainsunshine.com/ https://localcaribbeantours.com/ I can tell you that I tried the volcano hike and couldn't keep up. I can also tell you that there is a recently built house on the site of the birthplace of Alexander Hamilton. (I don't know if this was helpful but I just had to answer a Maryland Basketball fan's post!)
Rare Oceansaway17 Posted January 5 #5 Share Posted January 5 well I did an excursion over to Nevis and the beach stop was a mess. Vendors would not leave us alone and over begged. It was near the Lime beach club.

IT's very close to Timothy Hill, so you should stop there briefly too if you are creating your own independent excursion. SbbquilterUT Posted January 6 #7 Share Posted January 6 We have used Grey's Island Tours - wanted to see the fort and the batik factory. Was a small van and we had a nice day.

Both times our taxi drivers stopped there to allow us to take photos. Beautiful views!
LeeW Posted January 6 #9 Share Posted January 6 Shoreexcursioneer and shoreexcursionsgroup will have excursions available, although this far out it is possible to get cancelations.
