Cruise ship activities while docked.

I'm going to be on the Norwegian getaway in Bermuda in late March

This might be a slightly stupid question but this is my first cruise where a ship has docked overnight and stayed.

Are there still activities on the ship like trivia during the day or is it all shut down in lue of being a floating hotel?

Casinos on most ships that regularly dock overnight will be open I think after 9pm as well.

Thanks all. Seems like they really want you to take advantage of the island I have two excursions booked and I didn't really care for any of the other ones but I'm going to look up how to get to Hamilton and St George for day trips on my own

Not so much that the ship doesn't care, but generally most people are ashore so there aren't enough people to partake in the activities.

Since you are cruising NCL, there is a free ferry to/from St George. For Hamilton, you can take the paid ferry.

There are ferries to Hamilton. NCL has a free ferry you can take. Easily done on your own. There are also public buses. There is no need to do cruise line excursions in Bermuda.
