my partner's crown +anchor number has changed completely and reverted to pre-gold status

Hello, my partner's crown +anchor number has changed completely and reverted to pre-gold status. He actually has 137 points and I think he accidentally created a new profile. I can't back his original number as it says it doesn't exist-I message RCCL but still no response. Has anyone had a similar issue and been able to fix it please?

Call C&A instead of messaging and they will fix it right away.

It make take some time on the phone with them.

 

They managed to mix up and combine my ex-wife's and GF's accounts.  It took my ex over 3 hours on the phone to get her account fixed.  Then it took me over 3 hours to fix GFs account.  And that required creating a new account for her.
