RCruisecontrol Posted January 10 #1 Share Posted January 10 As most are aware, to save money on excursions pre cruise, we book them and when they go cheaper, we cancel for refund and rebook at the better price. When I have tried to do it today, it has blocked me rebooking saying: already has a reservation during this time. Ocean World Sea Lion Encounter & Snorkeling with Sharks and Lunch Which basically it is blocking us double booking ourselves for that time, because of the original booking that has been cancelled doesn't appear to have come off the calendar. Is there a way round this? is this a new problem? as we haven't had this problem before. it means it could backfire and cost me more if it doesn't allow me to rebook while the promo is on. LeeW Posted January 12 #6 Share Posted January 12 Refresh both the Orders and the tour page after cancelling. If you have a credit this makes it reappear. On the orders page you will see the cancellation credit with the original booking. It also gets rid of the booking conflict so you can book again.
