This is 2024 - Wi-Fi is everywhere, including the entire mall on the way to town.

You can even sit outside and access it if you don't want to sit in Starbucks or the hotel lobby.

Another possibility. Check to see if International Travel is included in your cellular plan with your carrier. I use t-mobile and free data and text is offered for hundreds of countries including the ABC islands.
