Neither navigator app or web site show my OBC or my prepaid gratuities!  I find this aggravating.

If you booked through a travel agent, the website won't show OBC. I don't know if navigator is supposed to.

 

I find a lot about HAL's IT aggravating.

I understand! When we look at the profile online it shows blank even though we have Military, Stock and AARP.

Ours only shows on our statement from our PCC for our February cruise.  Doesn’t show on the App until onboard as far as I know.

OBC only shows on Booking Confirmation, that needs to be updated if anything has changed. (It will show in Navigator after you board.)

 

I see Pre-Paid Crew Appreciation (with both of our names) in my online (website) itinerary. Log in (I have to do this from an incognito window), Manage Cruise, Itinerary at the top. Then below the picture and days to Departure are any promotional credits in light blue field BELOW THAT is Cancellation Protection if you've bought it, and below that is Pre-Paid Crew Appreciation. 

 

You can also confirm by going to FLIGHTS & PLANNING in the dark blue banner and clicking Pre-Pay Crew Appreciation -- if you have it, it won't let you buy it again!

The Navigator will show is when you are on board

You can only see OBC on a booking confirmation (invoice) until you're onboard. Once onboard, you can see it on the TV & on the Navigator App under your statement. Before then, it's not visible on website or Navigator App.
