They usually respond in about 7 days with a confirmation.  If it’s sold out, maybe sooner.

I think we waited 6-7 days a few weeks ago. Our dates ended up being sold out, so we booked a mystery hotel on priceline for a similar price.

We never did receive a conformation email from Value trips for our upcoming stay, so called the Hyatt Place and talked to reservations and they said they did have our upcoming reservation.  

We have used Value trips for almost all of our stays in Ft. Lauderdale.

We have too.  No issues.

if you check the original post, you will see that there are now issues with the blackout dates.

Their blackout dates are clearly listed at bottom of the page.

they weren't at the time that guy made his reservation and even received a res number.

Also, when I looked at the dates way before, Jan-Mar was available, but it isn't now.
