Silhouette Butlers

Anyone onboard the Silhouette now or recently who can tell me who the dedicated butlers are servicing the upper tier suites? TIA!

Prateek.  Super nice guy.  Customer focused, but overworked.  We had several other self-important suite guests who had him running all over the place for their petty nonsense.

It was Hilario two weeks ago for RS 1609. He was fantastic!

I hate to see people who abuse the butler as if they are their personal servant and have them jumping through hoops to please them and their demands! 

I asked because the shoreside concierge mentioned Prateek and Racquel as being the lead butlers onboard right now. I’ve never had the pleasure of meeting either and wanted to see if anyone has had them dedicated for their suite, or if they were the head butlers overseeing the retreat team servicing the Sky Suites.

Last week we had Prateek.  Great butler.  Only thing we requested was ice and water in our room.  Stanley, our stateroom attendant did an amazing job at keeping our room nice and tidy!
