Celebrity Apex OBC Question

Hi - I made a booking on the Apex transatlantic cruise for March, 2025 and there was no OBC offer. It does include the premium for drinks and Wifi and I accepted the option to add the tips as well. I've only done two cruises with celebrity (loved both) and on the first one in Oct. 2022 on the Edge, I had $2,000 OBC and on Summit in Dec. 2023 I got $1,200 OBC.  Just wondering does Celebrity only offer the OBC for certain cruises or is it just a random sale that you have to catch on time?  Also, if later down the road and they start to offer OBC for this cruise, can I then apply for it?  TIA

Not unusual for transatlantic crises to be offered with no OBC.  Doubtful you will see an specials that include it later

Sounds like you were in a Suite on the previous cruises where bookings included a nice amount of OBC and gratuities.  They changed their pricing and suite booking no longer include any OBC or gratuities.  Non suite booking with Always Included were also changed and they no longer include gratuities.

 

Seems the days of OBC for booking are a thing of the past, except for some OBC for booking onboard.

Thank you, this makes sense.  I know there are lot of on going changes in the cruise industry.
