American Queen Voyages Mobile App

Recommended Posts

Hello all!

I'm curious to hear from cruisers about American Queen's mobile app. From what I understand, it's mostly for managing shoreside excursions. Has anyone here used it? Was it easy to use and worth downloading?

I'm also curious if the app works onboard the ship at all, or does it only work once you are shoreside?

Thanks in advance for any info! 😃

It's not a great app but it's worth downloading.  Most of the information is on paper once you board but you can look at the various stops and maps and learn about them ahead of time.  At one time it was useful for tracking the busses but the last cruise I was on it was practically useless for that.

Haven't used it since my last cruise in 2021. I pretty much agree with ericosmith's comment above. The port info was nice to have available and the bus tracking wasn't particularly good. It can be used any time - aboard or ashore. No harm downloading it and trying it out to see for yourself. You can always delete it if is not what you want.
