Koningsdam main dining room email address

Hello everyone! My parents are new to HAL and helping them organize their May cruise. Is there an email address for the main dining room to request a table assignment? Thanks in advance for the help.

No e-mail address, 2 things you can do:

One, call Hal and give them the booking nr. and they can reserve a table for you

Two, when aboard go to the dining room and speak to the dining room manager to have a table assigned.

Maybe this information will useful for their first HAL cruise. The main question is, did they book assigned or anytime dining, if anytime they just have to show up when they can request a table for two or shared dining, this is not for every evening so they can mix and match if they want. We do this too sometimes we like to chat and sometimes we don't.

Are your parents doing open dining or fixed?

 

If open - the information posted is correct

 

If they have fixed dining (called early or Main) then a table is assigned to them automatically based on the wishes shown on their HAL confirmation

Thank you, everyone. They have fixed (5 pm) dining. I will ask them call HAL.

You can look at a dining room layout - the tables are numbered.  Once they have picked a few tables e-mail Ship Services with their requests.

Here is the latest MDR table numbering "map". Do not know when it was most recently updated, but it should be helpful. I believe upper deck is fixed. (It was on the Zaandam, although my family of 9 were seated on the lower deck because that was the only 10-top available!)

A little groggy here after the second of two days driving six hours a day. (NB: shared almost evenly with dr'spin) I did ETA but not faster than thou!
