Anyway, Robinhood have issued me an account activity statement with my name etc on showing I purchased 100 shares, I’ve submitted that for manual processing with Stockperks - will update if that works in case anyone else has the same issue with RH in the future. Out of interest are you from the UK or the US as if you are in the UK you would normally buy the Carnival UK shares that are quoted in GBP

The price with HL who I used before but was trying to avoid the fees is indeed in GBP and lower than what I paid. Maybe I’ll just sell on Robinhood and go back to HL. I’ve done this before through them, never with RH though…. Wouldn’t surprise me if I’ve bought 100 shares in a fishing company off the coast of Argentina by mistake…. 😂 Edited April 30 by Landon90
Landon90 Posted May 1 #255 Share Posted May 1 (edited) Stockperks have just approved my Robinhood account activity statement, have just applied for the P&O onboard spend for my next cruise. That’s a relief. 😁 Edited May 1 by Landon90
Landon90 Posted May 8 #256 Share Posted May 8 Can anyone advise how the onboard credit is allocated, as I’m aware it’s one per room. I’m travelling with a friend under the same booking in my room but we each have our own cruise cards linked to our own credit cards. Will the onboard spend from shares be split across both our cards or apply just to mine as the stock holder? Thanks
BrianI Posted May 8 #257 Share Posted May 8 The shareholder credit will be applied to whoever owns the shares Brian
Mike.S Posted May 9 #258 Share Posted May 9 If you both people in the cabin own 100 shares each can you both claim, or is it only 1 claim per cabin?

Winifred 22 Posted May 10 #261 Share Posted May 10 Definitely only one per cabin. My daughter and I hold enough shares in our own right. We could only claim on my account and received one allowance on my card.
Landon90 Posted Tuesday at 09:24 AM #262 Share Posted Tuesday at 09:24 AM Submitted my onboard spend request through StockPerks 2 weeks ago and it’s still showing as pending. Have emailed them last week but no response. Just about to hit the 3 week sailing deadline so I might be out of luck. Preferred the old email method as if you had emailed 3 weeks before sailing they still seemed to honour it even if they action it a week before you sail. Hopefully the same with the app but so far nothing.
Landon90 Posted Tuesday at 05:12 PM #263 Share Posted Tuesday at 05:12 PM Stockperks have just replied. “Hi - there's been a processing delay in the P&O system - you should hear back this week. Thanks for your patience”

Landon90 Posted yesterday at 09:36 AM #267 Share Posted yesterday at 09:36 AM P&O confirmed the onboard spend was added to my booking days ago. Stockperks app still showing as “in progress” and no new booking invoice/email was received so I’d not have known. Maybe it was emailed to the travel agent I booked with instead. Few free pints onboard now, cheers. 😀
