threebluestars Posted February 24 #1 Share Posted February 24 We want to go on the same excursion together, but each want to pay on our own cards. Will it matter if we do this or should one person book both of us on the excursion to guarantee we actually get to be on the same bus together? phabric Posted February 24 #2 Share Posted February 24 (edited) You can each book/pay for their excursion. On the excursion voucher you will receive in each of your cabins, it will list time and place to meet. Meet at the same time at the meeting place so you will all be on the same bus. Bizziecruzer Posted February 24 #3 Share Posted February 24 When booking excursion, just tick one passenger and complete booking. Login to other person and book and tick for that person. On day of excursion, both turn up at the designated point for your excursion at the same time. You will then get the same colour sticker and proceed to transport together. NavyVeteran Posted February 25 #5 Share Posted February 25 One other point. Some excursions have multiple times. You will need to make sure you both book the excursion leaving at the same time. Then show up together to get tickets.
Rare Rick&Jeannie Posted February 25 #6 Share Posted February 25 One other *minor* point to consider...take a close look at the remaining capacity of the tour seats. If it is down to 4 or 5 remaining seats, you might be better off by just having one person book it quickly while you can to make sure that you get the seats/time you want. I know you originally stated in your OP that you each wanted to pay "on your own card"...but what's more important? Split payments or getting your desired seats? Just something to think about. Booking together won't ensure they get on the same bus/boat/etc, even if they book the same departure time. They need to check in together on the ship and make sure they get the same color and number sticker.
