I am Diamond+ and also wondering where the $100 OBC is listed and why did I pay $200 for the certificate but had to pay a $900 deposit.

Scroll down a little further and you should see the OBC.

Did they collect an additional $700 and the $200 from next cruise cert or an additional $900?

Did you call direct when you booked and give them your next cruise booking number?

If this is a cruise for 10-14 nights then the standard deposit is $450 per person, or $900 total.

NextCruise reduced deposit of $200 ($100 per person) is only good for non-suite cabins. If you book a suite you have to pay the full deposit, although the $200 is credited towards that deposit.

If you purchased a NextCruise certificate for $200 then you should have been charged $700 deposit plus given $200 credit for the NextCruise certificate. But - to use the NextCruise certificate you have to call the number listed on the certificate and make the booking. If you just go online and book a cruise the $200 on the certificate is not applied.

It appears you booked a suite for a 10-14 night cruise and either the NextCruise deposit of $200 was not applied correctly, or you did not book per the NextCruise certificate instructions by calling the designated phone number and supplying the certificate number.

Edited to add: Based on your $180 gratuity at $18 per night this is a 10 night cruise. The NextCruise bonus OBC for JS for 10+ nights is $200, not $100. But if you did not supply the certificate number when booking that would explain why the OBC is not showing up.

Thank you so much for taking the time to help me!

I did not call the NextCruise, I did call the Casino line (it was stored in my phone) I did pay an additional $700 for the deposit.  I did supply the cert # but...so I am assuming I need to call the nextcert ph# to get the $200 OBC?

The NextCruise offer is $200 in OBC or $200 off the price of the cruise. It is possible they gave you $200 off the price of the cruise, although it is not listed in the promotions applied. Yes you'll need to call to find out if they did give you a $200 discount or if they need to add the OBC to your booking.

As you're already aware JS and above require a larger deposit.   I've had several booking that do not show OBC on the invoice.  However, once I've logged into my RCI account and navigate to the reservation #, appropriate OBC does appear.  Hope this helps!
