PG Dining Table Question

We will be traveling next year on the QV (Istanbul to Rome) with another couple. We will all be in Princess Grills, however, we will often not be keeping the same schedule. While we expect to have many meals together, there may also be many meals where we will get started at different times. Is it possible to link our reservations but request 2 tables for 2 side by side rather than a table for 4? The idea being that if one couple shows up 20 or 30 minutes later, they will be at a fresh table. Has anyone had any experience doing this?

Thanks,

Jack

Yes, perfectly possible in PG, and the front desk will probably work it so that you get the same wait staff, which then makes it easier all round. I doubt that a table for 4 would be a problem either, the staff can make it work nicely for both couples whenever they arrive (or not as the case may be).

No problem whatsoever arriving at different times and I would go for the four top and then you will be sure you'll dine together whenever you want.

If you dine opposite each other instead of side by side, there will still be the option of a 'clean' table by the side.
