None of the various Carnival brands status match with each other.

They don't status match, but I "think" Casino clubs are somehow shared within CCL brands.

Not entirely sure of this, but in my experience, my CCL Casino perks make no sense unless they are based on our Casino play with HAL.

About to do our first Princess cruise next week ... so widening the Casino net to test the theory ....🤔

Sadly, no.  I would be way above Elite on Princess if I could count my Carnival cruises (taken early in our "cruising career".)

Actually, if they did, there would be so very many elite status passengers that there would be nothing special about it anymore.
Even if you travel on Royal Caribbean and Celebrity, they have reciprocal benefits on each other but only up to their Diamond and Elite statuses, not the top of the line status.  Also, they don’t add your cruises on each individual line together, they just bump you up to that status of elite or diamond but it’s not reflected in the points you’ve earned on each line.

That's true....

That's almost EXACTLY what Ed Bastion (CEO of Delta) said about the need to "trim the ranks" of Delta Medallion members.  So many were achieving Diamond status that it doesn't mean anything anymore. (His words, not mine.)

We tried MSC(First time)Virtuoso last April and got their top Diamond loyalty for that cruise through our status match  Princess Elite loyalty.

Our Diamond plus loyalty on Royal Caribbean would have only got Gold status match loyalty with MSC.
