Celebrity- Move up on Full Ship

Was wondering:

 

Anybody ever have a successful move up offer on a ship they believed to be full?  

We have several pending bids on an upcoming 4 day on the Silhouette but I believe the ship is sold.  wondering if we have any chance?

last minute cancellations happen so possible

I have.  There are always last minute cancellations however, low bids will probably not succeed.

Yes numerous times.   There are always cancellations.   When one opens it often opens up a chain of upgrades.
