I was going to say a definitive no.  On our recent cruise to South America it was clearly stated in Currents that they do not do this.  However, I decided to google it and came across this FAQ from a few years ago, so now I am not sure:

Some years ago on the Asian cruise it was arranged for local bank representatives to come on board so we could get local currency before going ashore. They also were there to exchange it back prior to departure. Though, it probably was before the credit cards started to be accepted everywhere.

Years back, O did some currency exchange, even buying back local currency (bills only) if one wound up with more than needed.  But that seems to be one of those services that's gone away.  I can't blame them; however, it was really nice that they did that.  On our most recent cruise, they would not handle any currency other than U.S.
