Debarkation in Barcelona after a TA

We are taking the Scarlet Lady in a few weeks Miami to Barcelona. Our ittinerary says we arrive in Barcelon at 0630. How late can we stay on the ship before we get the boot? I would like to use the ship's gym after breakfast if that's possible. 

And a completely random unrelated question that I have been meaning to ask.. Is soap, shampoo, and conditioner provided on VV?

I’m on that sailing too. You can stay on til 10:30 or so and the gym is definitely available for use. 
 

yes on the soap shampoo and conditioner. No body lotion unless you’re in a suite.

Same as all other VV cruises, latest disembarkation slot is 10.30 and you can leave your luggage in the room until then. You will get announcements from about 10.15 stating you need to leave but you do have until 10.30 to make your way to the gangplank and need to be off by 10.45.

can use the gym on last morning but not the pools.

 

Standard rooms have shower gel, shampoo and conditioner attached to the shower wall, plus a bar of soap for the sink. Only suites get body lotion, plus in suites the bottles aren’t attached to the wall.

All of the above is correct based on our last Miami to Barcelona TA on VV.  The latest disembarkation sign up time was 10:45, but the announcements to get off the ship began at 10:15.  You do not have to be out of your cabin until your disembarkation time, so you can use the gym and return to the cabin for a quick shower and to grab your carry ons.  Yes, white bar soap at the sink, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash gel in the shower.  Lotion only in suites.
