Carnival Vista handicap room 7333

We just booked this cabin.  My wife is in a wheelchair.  I just found a video that shows this cabin has a tub but I can’t tell if it also has a shower.  How can they call this a fully accessible cabin without a shower?  Maybe I’m wrong.  Anyone have any insight?

I don't see it listed as Accessible There is no wheelchair icon. Like this
