If the someone is using your device, you will need to log off from your Cruise Critic account. Then they go to www.cruisecritic.com. Click Boards in the top white bar. Then on the next page to appear, click Log In located in the top blue bar. They will see the following pop up:

 

They click Create an account and proceed to set up their account.

 

They cannot use your Cruise Critic email address of record as they must have their own different email to be their Cruise Critic email address of record. Once they have completed the set-up, they will be sent an email to their Cruise Critic email of record. IIRC, they then click something to verify they have received the email at a valid Cruise Critic email address of record and can then proceed as a new member. 

 

If you are sharing a device and IIRC, it can get complicated in that you both cannot be logged in to Cruise Critic at the same time.
