MsTabbyKats Posted May 26 #1 Share Posted May 26 There's one cabin left on the deck/category I want. Being a holiday weekend....my TA is MIA. I've read all these threads about calling Princess directly and getting the promotions dept. What is the correct number so I have a chance of a knowledgeable person? Or, is it safer to just book on line? I'm superstitious....hope this isn't an omen.
nwcruiselover Posted May 26 #2 Share Posted May 26 Safer to book on-line, in my opinion. If you call the main customer service number you’ll probably get the call center in the Philippines.
Rare Rick&Jeannie Posted May 26 #3 Share Posted May 26 Yep, just do it online. I always book direct. Just study each screen and make sure that you understand everything that is being shown as well as understanding what you have selected as an option before moving on to the next screen.
Sprocket Posted May 26 #4 Share Posted May 26 When you select your cabin near the top right of the screen it will show your total. Click on the drop down arrow and it will give you a break down of your selection including taxes fees and port charges. If you scroll down you may see an option to click on applied promos. Mine are through the casino department so there is usually something there on my bookings.
MsTabbyKats Posted May 26 Author #5 Share Posted May 26 Well...I did it myself. I called 3 other agents and each one came up with a price higher than Princess??? TA wasn't saving me that much and I didn't want to lose the cabin. Expect a bunch of "stupid questions" from me for the next 4 weeks!
Rare JamieLogical Posted May 26 #6 Share Posted May 26 @MsTabbyKats I will be happy to try to help as much as I can. Have only sailed Princess twice, though.
