Why do they take you room number when you enter any restaurant?

Allocation of gratuities with the advent of anytime dining.

They also print out a slip which the person escorting you to the table gives to the Waiter. The slip is the Waiters proof to enable them to check they receive the correct tips for the night - if you arrive without the slip just see how quickly the waiter goes to the Check-in Desk to get a copy.

We're probably gonna do the same thing because we're traveling with family and only Wife and I are in Aquaclass. We will join family for early dinner in the mdr restaurants (probably won't eat much). And then go to Blu late just the two of us on some of the nights. Depending on whats on the menu.

This plan will  consume double  dining spaces  and staff resources.

.On nights one eats in MDR with family, they should skip a second meal at BLU and inform BLU maitre d they will dine elsewhere..

This thread is the first I ever read about anyone  doing BLU and MDR in the same night.I can see a later  visit to the buffet for  a  snack.or late dessert..but it should be 1  sit down dinner venue per customer!  Just my opinion!
