Levels of Aqua?

Hi all

 

We're booked to sail on the Edge and are in Prime AquaClass. 

 

However, when I emailed Celebrity to inquire about something related to dining, I was told we were not eligible for Blu, as we are not "Aqua Sky" guests.

 

I thought Blu was for all Aqua guests.  Can anyone comment?  Did this guy just not know what he's talking about?

 

I've tried to follow-up with Celebrity about this but they're not answering me.

Maybe the person you were speaking to got Aqua (Blu) and Aqua Sky Suite (Luminea, or Blu option) confused.

Blu is the designated restaurant for all Aqua Class passengers.

The person you spoke with clearly did not know what he was talking about.  Blu is the assigned restaurant for everyone in Aqua Class.  Those in AQ suites have a choice between Luminae (the suite restaurant) and Blu, the AQ restaurant.  Just ignore him.  All will be well on board.

Thanks all for confirming.  That is what I thought but figured you all knew more then Celebrity customer service does so wanted to confirm.

Thanks but they did answer the other part of the question correctly.  Just threw in a random point about Blu that was wrong.
