I have a reservation in exactly 30 days on Icon and i got an email today that the cruise documents were ready to view. When i went to log in the reservation is not displaying on the web site. It logs in but says 0 reservations. I waited the 15 minutes but still no luck. Its still in the app with my cabin number but my check in info is a blank white square. Is this because of the 30 day thing? Im not sure why that would happen. Is it just me? Or is anyone else having issues once logged in. Thanks! nelblu Posted June 6 #10 Share Posted June 6 I have a different problem. I have a 3 niter on Utopia booked via the Casino. The reservation is there, but unable to book anything in the cruise planner. However, my B_B 4 niter, not a problem. Was told initially that it would take 48 hours, then a week, now it 2 weeks. The only good thing out of it I was able to upgrade to an ocean view balcony from an interior on both sails for $63 and $107 respectively. Uninstalled and reinstalled app, restarted phone, changed password on the website, all to no avail. I get a "sorry we hit a snag, we are unable to complete your request, please try again later" message. I did a search here and this thread was the closest to a similar situation. So, any suggestions are appreciated, I have run out of ideas to try. I couldn't get the website to load last week, and assumed it was all related, but while the website is behaving the app is not. tamom Posted July 2 #15 Share Posted July 2 I just went on the app to look at what’s available to book for our b2b in Oct ‘25. Our second cruise shows up and I’m able to look at excursions, etc, but when I click on “select a different cruise” the first one just shows the res# and our names and when I click on it I get a message saying something like they’re working on it. (This has happened for several days now) I went on the website and it says I have one cruise coming up (the second one). I added the first and it said it may take 15 minutes to show up. It’s been over an hour and I’ve logged off and on the app and website several times but nothing has changed. I called Royal and the person I spoke with assured me both cruises show up on her end.
