wantocruisemore Posted Wednesday at 01:57 PM #4 Share Posted Wednesday at 01:57 PM on Island Princess now, Provence is more traditional with early and late seating. Bordeux is Anytime. but i found out that even though you make reservations, you font have a form reservation for Bordeaux. we had reserved 2 six person tables for our group & when i went to check locations, the maitre'd recommended we switch to Provence since daughter needed gluten free & we could have same servers. he said although we had a "reservation" for 6 pm there would be no way to get seated then for 2 tables of 6. instead we're in Provence & show up around 5:45 & walk straight to our table & the waitstaff knows us. BTW, food is just soso, & the so-called premium desserts are not edible (black forest or red velvet cake).
